Pastrami, onion, tomato, Swiss cheese, and spicy brown mustard on Multigrain toast. Along with some tostitos. Would have loved some homemade Guac again but the only avocado I have is nowhere near ripe enough yet. Went on an easy bike ride down the PCH earlier and off to some disc golf after lunch. For now though more enjoying the view from the shade as it heats up outside.

Why didn't you want your potatoes to brown? Pretty much the best use of potatoes are incredibly crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside, and heavily spiced.

lol..i wanted them to brown... they just took longer than i planned..
as i had them in the oven with the chicken it became a choice between not brown potatoes or burnt chicken..
i miscalculated

Probably too late but slice those potatoes and toss in the frypan! If cooked already on the inside, should take no time to finish!

That looks incredible. I made a couple little sandwiches this afternoon to use up the small end of the bread:
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
No. 1: wild boar sausage, spicy sauerkraut and butterkäse with mustard and mayonnaise
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
No. 2: p imiento cheese, except the crusts were eaten like fries
(No. 3 would be Dale, but Dale is not a sandwich.)
